open to legal residents of all fifty (50) states of the United States and District of Columbia age 18 or older or if a minor with legal guardian
permission. Participants must have a valid iTunes, Amazon, or email account. Employees, directors, officers and principals of the sponsor, its
subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors and agents are not eligible to participate. Upon entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any rights
their state of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes and contests. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. In no way is the
Live LIVE Sweepstakes sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, iTunes or Amazon.
HOW TO ENTER:
A. You will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes when you download the promotional song, album or sample song package of the Live and
Direct featured artist, Dre Cartier. Entrants must then enter the email address used into the appropriate web form. Live & Direct will contact selected
grand prize winners of the Live LIVE Sweepstakes through the contact information provided. Offer valid for any Live & Direct promoted show,
whether it be our featured show or another company’s we have listed. Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If a dispute results as to the identity of an entrant, it will be determined that the entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the iTunes,
Amazon, or email ID from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the account
from which the entry is made. The promotional website’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
B. You may also enter the sweepstakes without downloading the song. Email Live and Direct to request a mail in form.
Privacy Policy: The information you provide will only be used by Live and Direct and for the purpose of the drawings to notify potential winners.
Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:45:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday, January 16, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on
Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Limit one entry per person. All entries become the sole property of the sponsor and will not be returned.
Incomplete entries will not be counted.
Selection of Winners: The selection of winners will be conducted by a random drawing of all eligible entries during the promotional period. One
winner per each concert listing and number of winners will be determined by number of concerts available to Live and Direct. More concerts will be
added until the last day of the promotional period. Winners will be notified by email 48 hours after the official drawings. In the event of non
compliance or if the winner cannot be reached, the prize will be returned and noted as unclaimed or undeliverable and the prize will be forfeited and
an alternate winner selected.
Prizes and ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Actual retail value
may vary. No prize transfer permitted. Limit one prize per person.

constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, photograph, and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or
Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating,
entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies and each of their
respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors
(collectively, the “Released Entities”) from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without
limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, or participation in Sweepstakes, or
possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity
rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the prize
cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of
terrorism. Entrants, who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way, shall be disqualified. There
is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
